MSI FZC manufactures a wide range of integral treating iron in STD and H2S service, in 2”, 3”
and 4” for cementing, stimulation and frac operations. The iron is available with Fig.1502
connections and on request with Fig.2002, Fig.2202, API Clamp Hubs and Grayloc connections.

All the treating iron is pressure tested according to API 6A standards. All material traceability
and Metallurgy and NDT reports are included in the databook of each piece.
MSI FZC offers API 6A gate valves and keeps stock of them.
Various sizes, designs, pressure ratings, material trims, temperature ranges, PSL levels are available. MSI keeps stock of API 6A manual and hydraulic actuated gate valves.
In addition MSI FZC offers and keeps in stock API 6A flanged chokes, positive and adjustable, and hydraulic actuated drilling chokes.
This enables MSI FZC to be build choke manifolds and choke & kill manifolds quickly.
MSI FZC also keep in stock gate valves and choke valve spare parts and a large inventory of choke beans.
MSI FZC manufactures and keeps inventory of quarter turn butterfly valves, wafer type.
The butterfly valves manufactured by MSI FZC have SS316 upper and lower stems and discs.
The body is made of forged ductile iron and the seats are made of NBR which is also resistant to hydrocarbons.
For corrosive applications MSI FZC offers of PTFE trim whereby the seat is made of PTFE and
the disc is fully covered in PTFE. This is usually used for HCL, HF, Xylene,…and other corrosive materials.
This sizes available are, 2”, 3”, 4”, 5”, 6”, 8”, 10”, 12” and 14”
MSI FZC keeps in stock pneumatic actuators for butterfly valves. These actuators can operate any of the MSI FZC butterfly valves and can work with an pneumatic supply pressure of up to 10 bars (145 PSI).
For applications on other types of butterfly valves MSI FZC offers SS adapters to allow coupling
on the actuator on the valve body with different bolt pattern and socket for coupling of the actuator drive with the stem of the valve.
MSI FZC manufactures special cable anchor restraint systems in forged steel to be mounted on treating iron elements. These are a specific clamp matching the OD of the treating iron with an eye through which a steel cable must be passed.
