PRODUCT WARRANTY TERMS AND POLICY

Manifold Systems International FZC warrants to the customer that each product will be free from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship in normal service for a period of 12 months from the date of receipt by the customer, provided it is operated and maintained under adequate normal working conditions.

The above warranty does not apply to any defects resulting from

  • Improper Storage
  • Lack of Inadequate Maintenance
  • Misuse/Negligence
  • Accident/Natural Calamity
  • Any alterations done by the customer without MSI approval.

WARRANTY CLAIM AND COVERAGE

All warranty claims will be subjected to inspection and validation by Manifold Systems International’s Maintenance Team.

The choice and responsibility of the decision to repair or replace will be solely that of Manifold Systems International.

Manifold Systems International will repair or replace parts, components and sub-assemblies of the MSI product found to be defective with respect to materials or workmanship at no cost to customer/purchaser during the above said warranty period upon the inspection and validation of the Maintenance Team.

MANIFOLD SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES/LOSS OF ANY KlND, including but not limited to production loss due to repair or replacement, compensation of productive hours due to repair or replacement, any additional labor cost or transportation charges other than MSJ Maintenance team, etc.

TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

No warranty registration is necessary to obtain warranty on Manifold Systems International
Products. Save your proof of purchase receipt or records for the date of receipt. If you do not provide proof of the date of receipt/delivery at the time warranty service is requested, the manufacturing date of the product will be used to determine the warranty period upon management decision.

CUSTOMER/PURCHASER’S WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITIES

(a) Customer is responsible for the performance of all required normal maintenance.
(b) Be aware, however, that Manifold Systems International may deny warranty coverage if the product or a part has failed due to abuse, neglect, improper maintenance or unapproved modifications.
(c) Manifold Systems International recommends that all receipts and records covering the performance of regular maintenance be retained in case questions arise.
(c) Purchaser is responsible for initiating the warranty process by contacting us through
